Wellness Coaching
Understanding any issues you are experiencing is key to finding the right mental health care provider. There are numerous ways to combat mental health struggles with one of the most important being that you are educated about what it is your struggling with and why. Knowledge is key when it comes to your mental well-being and seeking professional help to guide you should always be an option available, and while we have options, we simply don't have enough.

We are currently in the midst of a global mental health crisis, while struggling with a lack of resources for those needing and seeking help from a professional. On average it can take anywhere from 6-12 months to receive a psychiatric evaluation, a diagnosis and be placed with a healthcare provider for therapy. Many people don't have that kind of time with their mental health on the decline, and often individuals can be unsure if seeking professional help is for them given the stigma that still surrounds it.

This is why after a year of offering private in-person one on one mental health coaching I've decided to now offer my support virtually. My experience with mental health treatment ranges from;
-
Mental Health First Aid (Mental Health Commissions of Canada)
-
Completion of Resourced and Resilient Trauma Therapy Program (Women's College Hospital-Toronto)
-
Completion of Healing Through Relationships Trauma Therapy Program (WCH)
-
Various City programs with At-Risk Youth

I use my knowledge and resources to help clients whom are struggling with their mental health and overall well-being, manage their daily lives and regain control of their peace of mind by teaching different techniques and ways of coping through different excercises and talk therapy. If you or someone you know is struggling with anxiety/panic disorder, depression or ptsd this may be for you/them.
